Excellent!!

the sound of earphones is crystal clear so is the bass, The base of the earphones is amazing and it makes the listening experience whole lot experience. These earphones are perfect for gym due to extremely heavy base and sound.

Awesome product!!

I purchased this product two weeks ago and I'm very much satisfied with it. Build quality of the product is premium and the sound quality is awesome with superior bass effect. Battery backup is decent and call clarity is good. In my opinion, this is truly a value for money product. Cheers to MIVI for producing such an exquisite product.

Great features at an amazing price

Though noise cancellation and bass can be better, but not at this price point.It feels a bit bulkier, but is tolerable. You have to compromise somewhere if you are targeting this price point. Other than that amazing earphones I had some problems with my left earpiece. So, I claimed my warranty. The company replaced the earphones after verifying my claim. I am extremely overwhelmed. The after sales services of Mivi is very good.

One of the best Bluetooth earphone I have ever used. Beasts are awesome... And best part is I can used it while traveling on bike.. Doesn't fall at all and controls are in the headset easy to pick up the call or change music and decent battery back up. Good value for many product.

How do I ensure the best possible Bluetooth signal for my Thunderbeats earphones?

To get the best possible Bluetooth signal, follow this guidance:

- Make sure the distance between your Mivi Thunderbeats and the paired device (such as the smartphone, tablet, computer) does not exceed 10 metres.
- Make sure there is a direct line of sight between your Mivi Thunderbeats and the paired device. Ensure there are no structures that can block radio signals, such as walls and doors, between paired devices.

How does dust build-up in the ear buds affect volume?

Ear buds inserted in the ear using in ear tips can become dirty over time due to body heat, sweat, or oil. Accumulated contamination may block the speaker and result in lower than normal volume.

We recommend that you regularly clean the ear tip using the following guidelines.

- Remove the ear tip from the speaker/earbud.
- Use a wash cloth dampened with warm water. Wipe the outer surface of the ear tip and let it air dry completely before the next use.
- Use a cotton swab dampened with warm water to clean around the hole in the middle of the ear tip. Let it air dry completely before its next use.
- Do not clean the speaker itself - clean only the ear tip.

General advice about care and hygiene

Do not handle the ear tips immediately after applying hand sanitisers, lotions, or sunscreen.

Try each different ear tip and ear hook sizes to get the optimal fit (medium size comes pre-mounted with your new Mivi Thunderbeats). The fit should feel tight and secure in your ear. Ensure the ear tips is firmly attached

How do I get the best in ear fit with Mivi Thunderbeats?

- Insert the earbud into your ear and rotate to fit comfortably. Make sure the ear hook for Thunderbeats are nicely locked around your ears which will help the earphone to stay put during excessive physical movements. Ensure the microphone is pointing towards your mouth.
- For best fit ensure that neck band of the earphone is resting on the back of your neck like a collar. You can effortlessly take calls, increase/decrease the volume from the buttons available on the neck band.
For optimum audio experience and fit, we recommend that you try each different ear-tip and ear hook sizes. The fit should feel tight and secure in your ear.
The medium is pre-mounted on the earbuds. Ensure the ear-tip is firmly attached.

Does Thunderbeats support dual pairing?

Yes, the dual-pairing mode in Thunderbeats allows you to connect two Bluetooth devices at a time and gives you the ability to quickly switch between devices.
